Welcome to my cozy and bookish world where creativity meets cocooning to offer you unique and comforting creations. I am Elodie , the founder of BelletteWorkshop, and I am delighted to tell you how this adventure began.
The year 2020 brought its share of challenges, but it was also the starting point of an exciting adventure. I have always loved books , their fascinating worlds and the escapes they offer. At the beginning of the lockdown, I felt the need to combine my passion for reading with a bit of creativity. This is how the idea of a book sleeve inspired by Animal Crossing was born. Equipped with a sewing machine and a dose of determination, I set about making my first sleeve.
The self-taught person that I am quickly became enthusiastic about the results. My loved ones were the first witnesses of my creations and their warm compliments gave me the confidence to go further. This is how the idea of sharing my creations with the world was born. I opened my shop on Etsy and, the very next day, I received my very first order. The excitement and happiness of seeing my creations come to life in the hands of my customers was an unforgettable experience.
My love for kawaii and the comforting universe pushed me to explore further. Over the months, BelletteWorkshop has grown to offer much more than a simple book sleeve. Soft reading cushions to accompany your literary adventures, elegant metal bookmarks to keep your page, and many other creations have emerged. Each piece is carefully crafted , in materials carefully chosen for their quality and softness.
What makes my heart beat is the creation itself . Before sharing my creations with you, I imagine and design them for my own well-being. If a creation finds its place in my life and brings me happiness, then I know it will bring a special touch to yours.
The adventure didn't stop there. I was quickly able to officially launch SAS BelletteWorkshop as a company. My desire to offer you moments of sweetness and escape guides each step of this adventure. Today, I am proud to welcome you to my own website.
