Why the name Bellette Workshop?

Bellette has been my nickname since childhood, so it was only natural for me to adopt it for my business. It's the animal weasel, but with 2L for cuteness: Belle belette.

"Workshop" means "workshop" in English. It's as simple as that! ♥

What materials do you use for sewing?

I use 100% cotton fabrics for all my creations (with some exceptions, but this will always be specified in the product sheets) and everything is lined with cotton flannel. The thread used is from the Gütermann brand. For the reading cushions, the filling is made of rot-proof wadding and the cherry pits in the hot water bottles are washed without any chemicals.

And for the bookmarks, are they sturdy?

Yes, I pay close attention to the quality of the rings I use to make my bookmarks/tea infusers/earrings, etc. I actually changed suppliers several times until I found the perfect rings. I also do a little crash test on each creation before sending them to you.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, if you would like a custom order for yourself or your business (authors, literary boxes, publishing houses, bookstores, etc.), you can contact me by email: belletteworkshop@hotmail.com so that we can discuss your project together. However, there will be a minimum order quantity, I cannot do this for a single bookmark or a single pouch, it would take me too much time and I cannot buy fabric/charm for a single unit :)

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

Don't panic, you can contact me via the "contact" menu just to the left of the FAQ or even by email directly at the following address: Belletteworkshop@hotmail.com. I can also be reached by DM on Instagram, the link is at the top of the site. I generally respond within 24/48 hours maximum.

The creation was in my cart and when I went to pay, it disappeared!

Adding to cart does not reserve the creation. Only a validated payment ensures that it has been ordered. I try to put the items back in stock as quickly as possible but it can sometimes take a little while depending on my orders for raw materials from my suppliers ^^".

I have not received a confirmation or tracking email for my order, what should I do?

First of all, check your spam folder; automated order emails sometimes arrive there. If so, please indicate that we are "safe."

If you really haven't received anything, email me at belletteworkshop@hotmail.com and we'll look into it together. I'll send you your tracking information.
